Add IPV6 in Centos

Some VPS offers forbid ipv6 connections, here is how to open it:

# vim /etc/sysconfig/network
modify NETWORKING_IPV6 = no to yes
# vim /etc/modprobe.d/disable_ipv6.conf  (or another .conf file, the name of that file may vary)
comment all lines

then reboot.

After that, we need to add a 4to6 tunnel. Follow the instructions he.net offers, with system choice of Linux rout2:

# modprobe ipv6
# ip tunnel add he-ipv6 mode sit remote [IPV4 server ip] local [IPV4 client ip] ttl 255
# ip link set he-ipv6 up
# ip addr add 2001:470:c:d6f::2/64 dev he-ipv6
# ip route add ::/0 dev he-ipv6
# ip -f inet6 addr
